Effects of Bill:

This bill being passed means that:

There will be a new State Tolling Corporation created to collect tolls on the new road, so that the State collects the revenue not a private company

A Tollway will be built to join the Greensborough Ring Road around to the Eastern Freeway, including a number of bridges over parks, pedestrian and bicycle bridges and cycle paths along it.
