Effects of Bill:
This bill being passed means that:
In Frankston, the land including the Tennis Club can now be used to extend the hospital
In Camberwell, Lower Reserve can be managed as a park by Council who can now do as they see fit
In Geelong, part of a reserved foreshore has been sold but is still legally reserved, so the permanent legal reservation will be revoked to reflect current use
In Coleraine, the arrangements for the racecourse management will transition from a government trust managing the reserved crown land to the (no longer reserved) crown land being managed by the racing club itself
