A scheme is established which allows a licensed driver (called a vehicle Supervisor) to be granted a permit to trial a car with full autopilot (ADS, Autonomous Driving Systems) on highways, under strict conditions, such as zero BAC and a visible symbol that the car is in an ADS trial.
