Small businesses will have access to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through the Commission, which will decide the most appropriate method for resolving conflicts. The Commission can refuse to handle disputes if they are trivial or unlikely to be resolved through ADR.

Small businesses involved in lease disputes will have access to the Small Business Commission’s alternative dispute resolution services, making it easier to resolve conflicts without costly legal proceedings.
