Effects of Bill:
This bill being passed means that:
Parents who enrol their children in Childcare will be required to provide their immunisation records (they usually already do this)
Immunisation records must be provided by the childcare service to the Chief Public Health Officer on request
The Chief Public Health Officer can exclude non immunised children from childcare in the event of a disease outbreak
