Effects of Bill:

This bill being passed means that:

when a NSW Minister or designated senior official receives a credible terrorism risk warning, they must create and keep a written warning accountability statement

annual reports on credible terrorism risk warnings received by government must be tabled in Parliament

if a Minister fails to act, or delays unreasonably in responding to a credible terrorism risk warning, that failure must be reported to Parliament
