Effects of this bill

If this bill passes, it means that:

Adults can use cannabis and tetrahydrocannabinol outside of public places.
Adults can possess small quantities of cannabis and tetrahydrocannabinol.
Adults can grow up to 6 cannabis plants at their main home.
A home cannot have more than 6 cannabis plants in total regardless of how many people live there.
Adults can make cannabis products for their own use.
Adults can give small amounts of cannabis as a gift to other adults.
Adults can publish instructions on how to grow or make cannabis for personal use.
Landowners can let other adults grow cannabis on their property.
