If this bill passes, it means that:

Public hospitals, mental health providers and ambulance services can give individual identifying data to the Secretary.
The Secretary can collect performance data from these health services.
The Secretary must remove identifying information from public health performance data before publishing it.
The Secretary must publish this performance data on a public website every quarter.
Ambulance service CEOs must remove identifying information from response time data before publishing it.
Ambulance service CEOs must publish response time data on a public website every quarter.
The Secretary and ambulance CEOs must make this data easy to access.
They must provide electronic copies of the data if someone asks for them.
