If this bill passes, it means that:
The Premier must issue a code of conduct for Ministerial officers.
The Premier must ensure the Ministerial code of conduct bans intimidating people who report misconduct.
Breaking the Ministerial officer code of conduct can be treated as misconduct.
Ministerial officers must co-operate with investigations into complaints.
Standing committees and the Joint Investigatory Committee can force Ministerial officers to attend hearings and give evidence under oath.
The government must create a system to make and investigate complaints against Ministerial officers.
