If this bill passes, it means that:

Inspectors can enter premises to take photos, recordings, and copies of records.
Inspectors can force people to give their name and answer questions.
Inspectors can seize items they believe are evidence of an offence.
The Court can ban employment agents from working or force them to publish ads to fix mistakes.
The Governor can create a code of conduct for employment agents.
Fines of $10,000 apply for lying to inspectors or obstructing them.
The Employment Agents Registration Act 1993 is repealed.
