Sellers of E10 fuel must ensure it contains at least 9% ethanol.
Sellers of other petrol-biobased blends must ensure they contain at least 1% ethanol.
Sellers of diesel-biobased blends must ensure they contain at least 2% biodiesel.
Sellers of E10 fuel must follow specific octane rating and labelling rules.
