The Public Sector Commissioner cannot be fired without grounds of misconduct, incompetence, or incapacity.
WHS entry permit holders must give 24 hours' notice before entering a workplace.
WHS entry permit holders and health and safety representatives cannot take photos, videos, or conduct tests.
The Path to Treaty Act 2023 is repealed.
The First Nations Treaty Institute and the Truth-telling and Healing Inquiry are abolished.
The Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority can now plan for venues and villages.
The Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority must review Games projects within 100 days.
