If this bill passes, it means that:
The Treasurer can pay $4,207,000 from the Consolidated Fund.
This money goes to the Legislative Assembly and parliamentary service.
The funding is for the financial year starting 1 July 2023.
Each government department gets a total amount of money as listed in Schedule 1.
Departments must use this money for departmental services.
Departments can use the funds for administered items and equity adjustments.
