Bans the Academy CEO and staff from serving on the Academy board.

Fines board members or the CEO who fail to tell the Minister about an indictable conviction.
Fines people who illegally disclose or use personal information.
Bans the Academy CEO from taking other paid work or managing a business without board approval.
