The Debate

What different members said when this bill was debated:

David Southwick LIB

“It is a pleasure to rise on the Cladding Safety Victoria Repeal Bill 2026, and I say from the outset that the opposition will not be opposing this bill. The bill comes as the government winds down CladdingSafetyVictoria, an established bodythat wasformed in December 2020 to deal with some of the issues around the widespread combustible cladding crisis followingtheLacrosseandGrenfellTowerfires.”
