Residential facility owners and operators must let voluntary assisted dying care navigators visit residents if the resident asks
Facilities must allow requested medical practitioners to visit; otherwise, they must help move the resident to a place where a request can be made
Facilities must give practitioners access to residents for first and consulting assessments; they must help move the resident if access is not possible
Owners and operators must let coordinating practitioners and witnesses visit residents to complete written declarations
Facilities must allow practitioners to visit for administration decision assessments; they must help move the resident if needed
Facilities must let administering practitioners and witnesses visit to provide the substance; they must help move the resident to a suitable place if needed
Owners and operators must allow the delivery of the substance for self-administration; they must help move the resident to a place where they can self-administer
