If this bill passes, it means that:

Directors and managers are liable for corporate offences that attract executive liability under the Product Lifecycle Responsibility Act 2025.
Executives are liable for corporate offences under sections 90B(4) and 94L of the Operations Act.
The Environment Protection Authority can require a person to pay specified costs incurred by the Authority.
The Environment Protection Authority can give notices or directions under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997.
People subject to environment protection legislation cannot delegate or transfer their obligations.
Courts and tribunals can apply section 216A of the Operations Act to proceedings involving environment protection legislation.
The law updates the definition of land pollution.
