Effects of this bill

If this bill passes, it means that:

The Department of Customer Service gets $1,920,640,607.
The Minister for Health gets an extra $679,571,395 from gaming machine taxes.
The Independent Commission Against Corruption gets $275,697,581 for expenses; it gets $3,543,000 for capital spending.
The Ombudsman’s Office gets $57,916,890.
The Treasurer gets $7,281,900,000 for Commonwealth payments to local governments and non-government schools.
The Treasurer can delegate the power to spend this money to others.
Reporting periods for the appropriation year are extended if functions are transferred between ministers or agencies.
