Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
A person commits a crime if they break a condition attached to information disclosed from the register.
The Mental Health Commission must create a Statewide suicide prevention plan.
The Mental Health Commission must also create a Statewide Aboriginal suicide prevention plan.
The Secretary can sign agreements to help run the register.
