Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
Councils no longer have to reject a filming application within 7 days if it is illegible or unclear.
Councils are not required to refund application fees for filming proposals.
The Minister can appoint members to a new Advisory Committee.
The Minister defines the functions and composition of the Advisory Committee.
