If this bill passes, it means that:
Regulations can establish schemes to manage the lifecycle of regulated products.
These schemes can include specific management and administration rules for one or more products.
Product stewardship organisations must follow the terms of any stewardship administration agreement in place.
The relevant authority must table a report on the Act's review in each House of Parliament; this must happen within 12 months of the review ending.
