Health Services Amendment (PPP Prohibition) Bill 2025

The bill amends the Health Services Act to prohibit a public-private partnership [PPP] being entered into for the purpose of a private entity constructing an acute hospital and providing acute hospital services to public patients. That is the model at Northern Beaches Hospital, and it is the only model of this arrangement in place in New South Wales.
