Effects of this bill

If this bill passes, it means that:

Purchase options for residential property now include options to compel a purchase
The Registrar-General can enter into information agreements with participating parties
Notices to the Registrar-General must be left at or posted to an office of the Registrar-General
Documents for the Registrar-General can be served in ways other than the approved method
Prescribed fees for titling and registry functions are now maximum caps
Accepting a lower fee does not reduce the amount a person is required to pay
Restrictions or public positive covenants take effect once the Registrar-General makes the necessary recordings in the Register
