If this bill passes, it means that:
NSW Motorways can collect, use and disclose personal information to carry out its functions.
Members of NSW Motorways are protected from personal liability.
NSW Motorways can charge and recover fees for its functions.
Toll authorities cannot charge more than the amount set in the regulations.
Toll operators must follow decisions made by the tollway ombudsman.
NSW Motorways must give a draft corporate plan to Transport for NSW three months before each financial year.
The government establishes the NSW Motorways Fund.
