Central Coast Council is no longer a water supply authority.
The Central Coast Water Corporation Act 2006 is repealed.
Landholders must still pay service charges they owed to the Council before the law started.
Central Coast Council can still levy stormwater drainage charges for the 2025 charging year.
Central Coast Council can use water and sewerage service charges for water or sewerage services.
