If this bill passes, it means that:
Transport for NSW can now promote active transport; it can integrate this with other transport modes.
Transport for NSW can now work to activate public spaces.
The Advisory Board must provide advice to the Minister or Transport Asset Management (TAM) when asked.
The Chief Executive of TAM cannot be a member of the Advisory Board.
The Advisory Board can invite the Chief Executive of TAM to attend meetings.
