Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
The Hill Road upgrade land is no longer subject to the restrictions in section 31 of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority Act.
The Hill Road upgrade land ceases to be part of the Millennium Parklands if it is sold, disposed of; or compulsorily acquired.
Works to upgrade Hill Road and related activities can be carried out on the specified land.
A plan of management cannot block these road works and activities.
