If this bill passes, it means that:
Association schemes cannot charge owners or occupiers bonds or fees for keeping a pet.
People with assistance animals must provide accreditation evidence if the scheme's by-laws require it.
Real estate agents leasing lots in the scheme cannot be elected to the association committee.
The application process for termination under the Community Land Development Act is capped at 6 months.
People nominating others for election must have that person's consent.
