Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
Operators of residential land lease communities cannot terminate a site agreement just because a site has not been used as a residence for 3 years.
Community operators can only order a home owner to fix significant dilapidation if the operator reasonably believes the home owner caused the damage.
