The Crown and other people cannot sell or dispose of David Berry Hospital lands.
Hospital lands include any buildings; gardens; car parks; or driveways used for the hospital.
Any sale or disposal of these lands is void; it has no legal effect.
The Crown is bound by the rules of the David Berry Hospital Act 1906.
