If this bill passes, it means that:
Parking closures in Moore Park East are no longer tied to fixed dates in 2023 and 2025.
Regulations now determine when parking in these areas closes.
The Minister can only recommend closing certain parking areas if a new public car park is open on Venues NSW land near the Sydney Football Stadium.
The Minister can also recommend closing on-grass parking if it is no longer needed for events at the Sydney Cricket Ground and Sydney Football Stadium.
