Effects of this bill

If this bill passes, it means that:

The Minister for Climate Change gets $6.8 billion for the Department of Planning and Environment.
The Minister for Regional New South Wales gets $25 million for the Regional Development Trust Fund.
The Treasurer gets $150 million for natural disasters.
The Minister for Health gets $561.8 million for health services from gaming machine tax revenue.
The Attorney General gets $211 million for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The Treasurer gets $6.3 billion for Commonwealth transfer payments to non-government bodies.
Payments cannot exceed the amounts set in this Act.
The Treasurer can authorise higher payments if the original amount is not enough to get the job done.
