If this bill passes, it means that:

Drivers are not committing an offence if they have THC in their blood or oral fluid.
This applies if the THC comes from a prescribed medicinal cannabis product.
The person must have a prescription or other legal authority for the product.
The person must use the medicinal cannabis according to that prescription or authority.
