The Gaming Minister can now issue multiple wagering and betting licences at once.
The Gaming Minister can set exclusivity periods where no new wagering and betting licences are issued.
The Gaming Minister no longer needs to check if a licence applicant has a deal with VicRacing or Racing Products Victoria.
The Gaming Minister cannot issue a new wagering and betting licence while the current one is still active.
The Gaming Minister can force a licensee to tell other licensees about proposed changes to their licence.
A licensee can object to changes made to another licensee's licence.
The Gaming Minister must consider these objections before approving licence amendments.
The Gaming Minister does not need to check funding deals with the racing industry when transferring a licence.
