Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
Treatment for injuries or diseases under the Veterans' Entitlements Act cannot be limited by cost or frequency. This means treatment cannot be capped at a certain dollar amount or limited to a specific number of visits.
The Commission must follow the requirements of section 303A when using its powers under subsection 286(1).
