The Commonwealth must refund fees paid under the repealed Acts for undertakings or premises approvals that take effect on or after 1 July 2025.

The Minister must notify a person when an undertaking is accepted; the notice must state the start date, the duration, and the right to seek a review from the Administrative Review Tribunal.

The Minister can approve or refuse a written application to accredit premises as a pathology laboratory.

The Minister must give the applicant a copy of the approval if the pathology laboratory premises are accredited.
