If this bill passes, it means that:
The Future Fund Board cannot invest in social or affordable housing financial assets under specific conditions.
This ban applies if the Construction and Building Unions Superannuation Fund has already invested or plans to invest in the same asset.
The ban only applies during a 'prohibited time'.
A prohibited time is when the Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union or any of its branches is under administration.
