The Minister for Health must give a notice when accepting a pathology undertaking; this notice must state when the undertaking starts and how long it lasts.

The notice must tell the person they can apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal to review the undertaking period.

The Minister for Health can approve or refuse written applications for premises to be accredited pathology laboratories.

The Minister for Health must give the applicant a copy of any approval for pathology laboratory premises.
