The Minister for Health must give a notice when accepting an undertaking from a person; this notice must state when the undertaking starts, how long it lasts; it must also explain the right to seek a review from the Administrative Review Tribunal.
The Minister for Health can approve or refuse written applications to accredit premises as pathology laboratories.
The Minister for Health must give the applicant a copy of the approval for a pathology laboratory.
