If this bill passes, it means that:
Public works referred to the Committee before the 2009 amendments still follow the rules that existed before those amendments.
The Australia Acts (Request) Act 1999 is repealed.
The Public Works Committee Amendment Act 2009 is repealed.
Three specific proclamations under the Constitution Act 1934, the State Service Amendment (Performance) Act 2011, and the Parliamentary (Disclosure of Interests) Amendment Act 2017 are revoked.
