Housing Australia must give the minister a report on its operations after each quarter of the financial year.
Reports must include spending on consultants; board administration; and Help to Buy arrangements.
Reports must list the purchase price of properties under Help to Buy arrangements; the estimated value of projects receiving financial assistance; and the number of guarantees issued.
The minister must table these reports in parliament within 7 sitting days of receiving them.
The minister can no longer give directions regarding Help to Buy functions or quarterly reporting.
