If this bill passes, it means that:
The Commissioner of Police can suspend a liquor licence; this applies if alcohol-related violence or riots occur and the licensee failed to stop them.
Banning notices now last for 90 days; this is an increase from 14 days.
The Commission can change or cancel a general restricted area declaration; it must be in the public interest and not harm the community.
