Regulations can no longer exclude young workers from superannuation requirements.
Regulations cannot exclude the earnings of workers under 18 from superannuation requirements.
Regulations cannot exclude work performed by employees under 18 from superannuation requirements.
The Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Regulations 2018 are amended to remove specific exclusions.
