If this bill passes, it means that:

The Central Coast Municipal area gets a new statutory holiday called Agreed Day.
Employees in municipal areas without a show day holiday can negotiate an Agreed Day with their employer.
An Agreed Day cannot be a Saturday; it cannot be a Sunday or another statutory holiday.
