Effects of this bill

If this bill passes, it means that:

People cannot advertise or promote alcohol in ways that conflict with liquor control laws.
Static alcohol advertising is banned on public transport infrastructure; it is also banned on or above public roads and road reserves.
Static alcohol advertising is banned within 150 metres of a school perimeter.
People cannot display alcohol advertising on vehicles while they are on a public road.
Liquor licence holders can only deliver alcohol between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Liquor licence holders must wait at least 2 hours after an order is placed before delivering the alcohol.
