The Minister must notify a person when an undertaking is accepted; the notice must state when it starts, how long it lasts, and how to seek a review by the Administrative Review Tribunal.

The Minister can approve or refuse a written application to accredit a pathology laboratory.

The Minister must give the applicant a copy of the approval if the laboratory is accredited.
