The Minister must notify people when an undertaking for pathology services starts; the notice must state how long it lasts and how to seek a review from the Administrative Review Tribunal.

The Minister can approve or refuse written applications to accredit premises as pathology laboratories.

The Minister must give the applicant a copy of the approval if the premises are accredited.
