If this bill passes, it means that:

The Consolidated Revenue Fund appropriates $33,667,593,000.
The Finance Minister can determine extra expenditure for urgent or unforeseen needs; this amount cannot exceed $600 million for any single purpose.
Non-corporate entities can use specified funds to make payments to states, territories and local governments.
Non-corporate entities can use specified funds for departmental costs or to achieve outcomes listed in the appropriation schedules.
The Commonwealth sets a $5 billion debit limit for general purpose financial assistance; it sets a $40 billion limit for national partnership payments.
