Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
The Treasurer can pay $104,658,060,000 from the consolidated fund for departments for the financial year starting 1 July 2026.
The Treasurer can pay $52,329,030,000 from the consolidated fund for departments for the financial year starting 1 July 2027.
Each department is allocated a specific vote amount for its services, equity adjustments and administered items.
The Appropriation Act 2024 and the Appropriation (Supplementary 2024-2025) Act 2026 are repealed.
