The Molonglo town centre is now defined as the area shown on the plan in the Planning Act 2023.
The Molonglo town centre is now included in the general definition of a town centre.
Matters relating to the Molonglo town centre are exempt from third party review by the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal (ACAT).
